We've seen patients have the best results from their treatment when they used a retinol cream in conjunction with a growth factor cream for a couple weeks prior to treatment. Although the retinol should be stopped a few days prior to treatment, and resumed once your skin is healed.
Staying out of direct sunlight and using a gentle cleanser in the evening on the day of your treatment paired with your moisturizer of choice will help your skin start the healing process, and then Vitamin C, E & Ferulic Acid starting on day 2 combined with Regenerative Growth Factor Creme.
